Taste and See That The Lord is Good!

I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. Taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusts in Him. They that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. (Psalm 34)

Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous. The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivers him out of them all. (Psalm 34)

My soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in His salvation! I will give thee thanks in the great congregation! I will praise thee among much people. Let them say continually, let the Lord be magnified! My tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long. (Psalm 35)

Thy mercy, Lord, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Thy righteousness is like great mountains. How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! Continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart. (Psalm 36)

For when you were the servants of sin, you were free from righteousness. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, you have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. (Romans 6)

His Glorious Power

You shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1)

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding, rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. (Luke 10)

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. (1 Corinthians 4) And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power. (1 Corinthians 6) Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6).

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord, in all pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. Strengthened with all might according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; giving thanks unto the Father, who hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.(Colossians 1)

There is Nothing New

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (Proverbs 3) In God I will praise His word, in God I have put my trust. (Psalm 56) For thus saith the Lord I know the thoughts that I think toward you; thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. You shall call upon me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will hearken unto you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart I will be found of you, saith the Lord. (Jeremiah 29) Therefore I say unto you, what things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them. (Mark 11:24)

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4) Forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart. (Proverbs 3)

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4) Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust in Him; and He shall bring it to pass. (Psalms 37)

The last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. (Matthew 20) So shall it be at the end of the world. (Matthew 13) As the days of Noah were, so shall the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24)

The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 1)

Surely

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. (Psalms 23) Whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumble and fall. (Psalms 27)

Your Father knows what things you have need of before you ask Him. (Matthew 6) Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. (Ephesians 3) Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. (Psalms 27) After this manner therefore pray: our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. (Psalms 23). For the Lord shall be thy confidence. (Proverbs 3) Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God. (2 Corinthians 3)

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. (Romans 15)

Life Everlasting

Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. It is good to draw near to God: I put my trust in the Lord. (Psalms 73)

Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. (Phillipians 4) Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. (2 Corinthians 12)

And not only so, we glory in tribulations knowing that tribulation works patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us when we were yet without strength; in due time, Christ died for the ungodly. (Romans 5)

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John)

For every man shall bear his own burden. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. He that sows to his flesh shall reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall reap life everlasting. (Galatians 6)

Praise Our God!

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifies. (Romans 8)

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? We are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come; nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8)

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not, therefore, ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. (2 Timothy) For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son. (Romans 8)

Praise the name of the Lord: for His name alone is excellent! (Psalm 148)

Hallelujah; Salvation, glory, honor, and power, unto the Lord our God! Praise our God! (Revelation 19)

Righteousness of God by Faith

For I know that in me, in my flesh, dwelleth no good thing. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! (Philippians 3)

For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eats herbs. Let not him that eats despise him that eats not; and let not him which eats not judge him that eats. One man esteems one day above another: another esteems every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. He that regards the day, regards it unto the Lord; and he that regards not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eats, eats to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eats not, to the Lord he eats not, and giveth God thanks. For none of us lives to himself, and no man dies to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. (Romans 14)

For Abraham, who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, by God. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither the deadness of Sara's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; and being fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform. (Romans 4)

I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus that I may be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. (Romans 7)
