How Is it That You Do Not Understand?

The disciples were hungry and they only had one loaf of bread. They had forgotten to eat and they were plenty hungry.  They just witnessed Jesus feeding four thousand with five loaves of bread and five fishes with twelve baskets of fragments left over. (Mark 8)

And Jesus charged them, saying, take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod. And the disciples, looking as if they were stupid (because surely they weren't thinking Jesus was stupid), looking like the proverbial deer in the headlights--eyes wide open and wondering what is this man talking about? Is He saying this because we are whining about having only one loaf of bread? And they came to the conclusion among themselves, reasoning, it must be because we said we have no bread. (Mark 8)

And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, why reason ye, because ye have no bread? Perceive ye not yet, neither understand? Have ye your heart yet hardened?  Having eyes, see ye not, and having ears, hear ye not? Do you not remember, when I broke the five loaves among five thousand, and how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, "twelve".  And the seven loaves that fed four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They said, "seven". (Mark 8)

And Jesus said unto them, "how is it that you do not understand? (Mark 8)

Many shall come in the last days saying we did many great and mighty works in your name. We fed the hungry and clothed the poor (Matthew 7). We held people hostage and tortured and harassed them with electronic mind control and mind manipulation technology to make them think they were special--to brainwash them into thinking that they were apart of our team. We followed them everywhere they went. Jesus will say depart from me you who work iniquity; I know you not (Matthew 7).
