If I Be Lifted Up

The world does not hate you because of how you look or what you look like. The devil does not hate you or dislike you because of what you look like on the outside. It is not your appearance that the devil dislikes. It is what is inside of you.

If you were dressed in casual attire or in a suit or nice dress, the evil one would still hate you. If you are dressed in a suit or a nice dress it is just harder to discern your spirit. But then the bible tells us by their fruit they shall know them. A good tree does not bear rotten fruit. Rotten fruit falls off of the tree onto the ground. The people that you see dressed in an appearance that you may not feel comfortable with whatever that may be to you, may be really nice people. In fact they are nice people--some are--that is what you see and that is why you work so hard to push them down into the ground.

The world, those who pretend to be "good people" are trying to be good while they work to destroy others and then give the person money when they beg for it to appease your conscience because when they tried to do good, evil was ever present, pushing them down, pushing them out and you secretly contributed to their denigration.

Jesus said that if I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me. The only difference between you and those who have been pushed to the fringes of the earth, is the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

The Spirit of the living God sent somebody who was not saved to me to make me get up. That individual thought that I was going to die.  Me, a person who was so full of life, loving everybody, being loved, and loving life while slowly being pushed to the fringes of the earth.  I went home one day and got in the bed with my clothes on and did not get up for three days except to go to the bathroom. That person came over to where I was lying in bed on a Saturday, turned on the television and said "watch this", "listen". I did not hardly want to lift my head from the pillow; to say the least, open my eyes. The preacher was talking about miracles and salvation. I accepted Christ in my heart without even moving my lips or opening my eyes. After the sermon was over I got up and said I need to wash my hair and take a bath, I'm going to church tomorrow. The guy who was by my bedside looked at me with his eyes wide and said, "you got saved?"

If you have not accepted Christ in your heart today, please do so. Jesus died that we might have life and life more abundantly. Why lay there and die? Why sit there and die? Yes, the devil will be right there to try to knock you back down, and he will try and try and try. But the Lord said that all that the Father have given Me, I have lost none and no man can snatch you out of My hand.

It's going to be tough. You will be sent forth as sheep among wolves. You will be deceived and you may even go back to visit your old buddies and miss the love and slowly turn back to your old ways. But notice what the scripture says, "All who the Father have given Me, I have lost none and no man can snatch them out of my hand."

Your life is sealed with a promise from the Lord. Sealed with the blood that Jesus shed on Calvary. Whether you make your bed in hell or your bed in heaven, Christ is with you. If my people who are called by my name would turn from their wicked ways, humble themselves and pray, then will I, God, hear and answer from Heaven. Once you are saved, you are always saved, but God will unleash evil attacks upon your life that you cannot imagine, to restore you unto Him. "All who the Father have given Me, I have lost none, and no man can snatch them out of My hand."

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
