Set Apart

You have left the building. You no longer feel like yourself. You no longer know who you are. It is no longer you but the Christ who lives in you. You can do nothing separate from God. It is in Christ, that you live, move, and have your being (Acts 17:28). You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Christ has not only called you, He has set you apart for His benefit, for His purpose. You can do nothing apart from God. You do all things because of and for Christ who has called you not only to suffer for His sake but to live for His sake. There are no losers in Christ. Only what you do for Christ shall last. People (souls) need to hear the Word of God, they need to hear Jesus' name, they need to know that Christ is and that He is a rewarder to them who diligently seek Him. They need to hear that Jesus loves them.

Taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the man who keeps His ways. Many are the afflictions of the righteous and the Lord delivers them out of them all. It is no longer you. It is the Christ who lives within you. You die daily, that Christ's Spirit may dwell richly in you. Take no thought of what you will eat, drink or what you shall wear (Matthew 6:25-34). Christ knows that you have need of these things. Work by the sweat of your brow. Do not pray amiss out of the lust of your heart, thinking that you shall receive anything from God. Rather, pray the Lord's will be done. Do not trust in things that moth and rust corrupt but store up for yourself riches in heaven. Strengthen and feed your spiritual man. Bodily exercise alone profits nothing (1 Timothy 4:8-10).

If you believe in Jesus but have not given your life to Christ, accept Him into your heart today.  Christ Jesus, please come into my heart.  Lord Jesus become my personal Lord and Savior.

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
