Don't ever work a deal with the devil. Ever. The Lord Jesus Christ called you, saved you, and separated you for His purpose.
Be about Jesus. Jesus separated you for Himself. He is a jealous God (Exodus 34). He wants to be your friend; your only friend. The Lord Jesus Christ wants to be the only person, in the power of the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:8; Luke 24:49), that you look to, that you cling to. Put all of your trust in Jesus. Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, He it is that goes with you; He will not fail you, nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31)
If you are in a battle, it is a battle that God put you in. "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou came forth out of the womb I sanctified thee." (Jeremiah 1) The Lord put you in the battle that He may be glorified in you, on you, and through you. The world hates your guts; unless of course, you join up with them; then they still would not like you. It's a game of deceit and deception. Don't take the bait. Actually, there is no bait, once the Lord has uncovered, pulled down, plucked up and overturned the Devil's strategies you know who your enemy is, where the attack is coming from and who it's coming from. The Lord has fully equipped you. The only option is VICTORY! The battle is already won. The born again believer is fighting a battle that was won on the cross at Golgotha. All you need do is to humble yourself before the lord and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and subdue the members of your flesh, for we walk in faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5). Glory to you Lord Jesus! Glory to you Lord God! Glory to the God of our salvation! We love You, we adore You Jesus! We praise You Father God!
Don't ever work a deal with the devil.

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
