Intentions

To please God, for without faith it is impossible to please Him. He that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11) And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. (1 John) When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes his enemies to be at peace with him (Proverbs 16) for I do always those things that please Him (John 8)--not as pleasing men, but God, which try the heart. (1 Thessalonians 2) The Lord will not put more on you than you can bear. (1 Corinthians 10) Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him; for an hypocrite shall not come before Him. (Job 13)

To glorify God that He may be magnified in my life. Whether you eat, drink, or whatever, do all to the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10) For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Corinthians 6)

To hunger and thirst after righteousness; for they which hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled; and they shall be called the children of God. (Matthew 5)

To dwell in the secret place of the most high God and abide under the shadow of the Almighty. God is my refuge and my fortress: in Him I put all of my trust. (Psalms 91) The Lord is on my side; I will not fear what man can do to me. (Psalm 118) His truth shall be thy shield and buckler. (Psalms 91) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6) For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10).

And, this one thing have I desired, that I shall seek after, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 27).

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
