“For the LORD thy God is a merciful God; He will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he swore unto them.” (Deuteronomy 4:31). The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). The Lord is slow to anger and slow to wrath (Numbers 14:18).
Moses refreshed the memories of God's chosen people. Moses begins with from the days that God created man on the earth, who has ever seen anything like it, or experienced what God's people have witnessed and experienced by the hand of God--extricated a nation from the hands of another nation by temptations, signs, wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, stretched out arm, and great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes (Deuteronomy 4:34)? Moses told the people that it was showed to them that they may know that God is who He says He is, and that they forget not that, there is none other like Him. Moses reminded the people that God was with them in the wilderness for 40 years and they never lacked for anything.
"Thou shalt keep therefore the Lord's statutes, and his commandments, which I, Moses, command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever (Deuteronomy 4:30).

Finally, brethren, acknowledge the Lord in all thy ways and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:6). No good thing will the Lord withhold from them who walk upright before Him (Psalm 84:11). He will never leave you or forsake you. He will be with you until the end of the world (Matthew 28:20).

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
