God gives us many chances. In fact, it is God who hardens the heart of man to do wickedly--a fascinating usurpation of a righteous God's Devine dominion and authority. God did not just start using this biblical strategy and methodology in the 21st century. God has been allowing evil that good may somehow arise out of the ashes--since the beginning of time--or as a strategy to separate the wheat from the tares--but that would be a lie because God says that He would separate the wheat from the tares when He returns.
God allows man to engage in corrupt activity--to subvert, subjugate, denigrate, and to exploit others--since the beginning of time. God is very present when human atrocities take place on the earth. Think about the millions of people who have lost their lives because of pure unadulterated evil thoughts, habits, and inclinations. Personal whims--carnality--personal hatreds that joined forces with those of like minds, who worked to destroy massive groups of people throughout time. The Jewish Holocaust, the American Indian Holocaust, the Salvadorians and the Sandinistas, the Hutus and the Tutsis, Apartheid, Jim Crow, Khmer Rouge, the Ukrainian manufactured famine. There are many historical accounts of acts of mass hatred that have taken place and continue to do so today--having evolved into and operating under more deceptive and subtle methods and tactics--to appear as acts of one-on-one hatred, but, in fact, are much larger forces in play. The world has evolved and Satan's methods have evolved as well.
Fascinating, absolutely fascinating, that God was crystal clear in informing Pharaoh of what He was going to do and when He was going to do it. No matter that this was the third or fourth grievous event that God had demonstrated to Pharaoh.
Pharaoh told Moses to go ahead and pray to your God but when you do, pray for me. Fascinating! Did you hear that? Pharaoh asked Moses to pray to God on his behalf. Was that sarcasm? Yeah, right? And when you go and pray to your God, pray for me also. What? But, Moses said, "okay, I will pray for you but I am also going to make sure God is aware of the abominations that have been perpetuated and purpetrated on us by your people." This is what the bible instructs believers to do--pray for those who abuse you and despitefully use you. It is a hard thing to do, but that is the Christian duty of a believer--to pray for those who treated you as if you are not a human being, to pray for those who treated you as if you are retarded, mentally ill, dumb or stupid, delusional or a paranoiac, and repeatedly barraged you with electronic and human attacks, daily, to ensure that the end result would be diagnosed as mental illness--if it were God's will. Pray for them! Pray that those who have violated and harassed you consistently and without ceasing, would be saved. Pray that God would write His name across their chest. Pray that God would put His name in their hearts, on their mouths, in their heads, on their minds. Pray that God would make your enemies cry out to Him. Pray that those who worked mercilessly, subtlety, and deceptively to destroy your life, would be saved!
Pharaoh, said, "go." So Moses went and prayed and asked God to remove the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from Pharaoh's servants, and from Pharaoh's people.
The Lord answered Moses prayers; but also the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart against Moses and the people of God; and God's people remained in Egypt, for a time more. Exodus 8:20-32
But, what or who can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus? I am fully persuaded that neither depth, nor height; perils or persecution; neither things present, nor things to come shall separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus. Jesus was God in the flesh. God made Himself into a human being to save His people from eternal damnation--not only eternal damnation but from the evil of this present time; that we might have life and life more abundantly. Resist the devil and he, it, she, will flee from you. Rebuke, overtake, uproot, deliver and set free, in the name of Jesus! for there is no other name given under heaven whereby we shall be saved. We are admonished to watch and pray for we know not the day or the time that Jesus shall appear but we know that when He shall appear we shall see Him as He is, for we shall be like Him. I reckon that the suffering of this present time shall not be compared to the glory that will be revealed in us when Christ calls us home. Therefore, press toward the mark to win the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus. There is no other name, and no other way that we shall be saved, except through the blood of Christ and the name of Jesus. Salvation is a free gift from God, lest any man should boast. Believe on the name of Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Not of faith alone, but of faith through grace, we shall be born again.
The Lord told Moses to get up early and go and stand before Pharaoh and tell Pharaoh that the Lord said to let His people go so that they may serve Him. Moses told Pharaoh that God promised to send a swarm of flies upon the land of Egypt, upon the people of Egypt, their houses and their servants; shall be full of flies and the ground will be covered with flies. Moses told Pharaoh that God said, "I am going to make a clear and vivid distinction between My people and the people of Egypt to show you that I am God." "I am going to put a division between my people and your people and its going to happen at this exact time tomorrow, so that you will know that I am God."

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
