It is About You

The message of the gospel is about Jesus' focus on you. Don't even try to talk to me about someone else. It's about you. Don't point your fingers at others and run smear campaigns and personal attacks on others to ruin their reputation or character. It's not about them, it's about you. You're deflecting.

Communicating in the natural or in the flesh is uncomfortable for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual evil and wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12); and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. (2 Corinthians 10:4-7) This is a spiritual attack on yourself and on others. What you either don't understand or are unwilling to accept is that the devil has you in a stronghold.

Jesus said that a house divided against itself cannot stand. (Mark 3:25) So what is the truth here? Are you trying to recruit for the devil or are you really trying to help people? How can your motive be to help another when you are being held captive by the forces of darkness. Satan's strategy is to steal, kill, and destroy. (John 10:10)

We all need to examine ourselves daily.  Are we just about winning souls for Christ to add to the membership roles to increase tithe payers? Are we preaching materialism and sending church members back to their jobs to trample over their co-workers, with the "name it and claim it" gospel? We need to examine ourselves daily to ensure that we are operating under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Save yourself from this untoward generation. (Acts 2:40).

Everybody does not have the same calling, but I can guarantee you that the Lord does not have a gift that destroys life.

If you believe in Jesus but have not given your life to Christ, accept Him into your heart today.  Christ Jesus, please come into my heart.  Lord Jesus become my personal Lord and Savior.

Exercise your authority to tread on serpents and to cast out demons. You are the head and not the tail. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Exercise your holy boldness.
